Yankees: Me and Mark Teixeira

First off, my sincerest of apologies for my lack of posts over the last 10-days, but it is not without reason.

Basically, I am on the blogging DL for at least another week as I have a sheath tear in my right wrist. It is the same arm that kept me on the blogging DL four years ago when I had elbow ligament repair surgery due to sever tennis elbow.

My injury is in the same kind that kept New York Yankees Mark Teixeira out for the entire 2013 season, but hopefully mine will not end in surgery like his did.

The doctor says that rest, rehab and ice should heal the minor tear, so that entails staying off the computer and keeping my wrist in a splint.

If my next MRI goes well, it is possibly I could be back to posting as early as the end of next week.

Since my wrist is doing a tad better, I am going to try to share any articles that you might enjoy about the Yankees and MLB.

Let’s go Yanks!!!

  1. I wish you luck on your rehab!

Gaining muscle mass quickly is every hard-gainers dream. And to get totally ripped naturally without using supplements sometimes seems impossible.

It is easy to be seduced by glamorous photos of ripped buff bods with biceps the size of footballs and thighs the width of a four lane highway. But when common sense catches up with you, usually after you have spent the fortune, you realise that many of those photographs were of those who were certainly taking supplements or using drugs.
