The Blog

Welcome to Lady Loves Pinstripes.…a FOX SPORTS/Yardbarker sponsored New York Yankees blog that also covers the latest news in the baseball world.

LLP lends a lady’s voice in a male dominant sports world; containing knowledgeable and heart filled opinions with the hope to fuel your inner baseball passion, and make you fall in love with the game all over again.

Even though this Yankee woman digs the long ball, LLP is not affiliated in any regard with MLB.

Here is a review about Lady Loves Pinstripes from the Splash Print Media:

The love for sports is a universal thing, although in some places, it seems to be a generally accepted idea that sports is more of a “male thing.” Ditch that idea and visit the blog Lady Loves Pinstripes.

The lady behind this blog is Kate Conroy, and she shows the world that you can be a girl and love sports as well. Her blog primarily focuses on baseball (pinstripes, right?) and you’ll get all sorts of up to date information. You can read about news items about the teams and players, individual profiles, and other happenings in the world of baseball. An interesting bonus is the fact that you’ll get witty opinions about the game and the teams from a woman’s perspective.

I love your blog!! You are a true sports fan and could give the boys a run for their money. Keep writing as it's about time a hot lady knows a thing or two about sports!
Good Luck and hope to see you on ESPN someday!

Go go! I know how it feels to be in the world of baseball being with the good old "Boys" . I was the first women in MLB front office Controller for the SF Giants. (A New Yorkers living is SF). It took me years for them to acknowledge that I was there to work, not play with their kids! Stick with it, it's worth your dream. I never thought that I would be a ML baseball field, and travel with the team. Be yourself and show them what your passion is and knowledge.

She is what all Yankee fans should be, enthusiastic, bright, and loyal. She is a refreshing change from fair weather fan bloggers, a true fan who believes in and supports the Yankees through good and bad. She has shamed me cynical nature and forced me to remember when my sports heros were unvarnished giants whose feats left the only lasting marks on my season's calendar.

You continue to do a great job at this site.

    I throughly enjoy your work.

Of all the bloggers that write about the Yankees, you stand out the most.

Your knowledge of baseball is darn good based on your writing, and I like the fact you are objective when it comes to talking about baseball. In my opinion, you are one of the best writers in the site.

I hope you write about football later this year.

We are Angels fans that have resold our season tickets on StubHub for years. The 2013 Angels Ticket Exchange is not properly marketed & any marketing leads prospective buyers to the team home page where the only ticket links lead to unsold non-season tickets sold by the Angels. Fans either need to page down or click multiple times on the site to get to the Ticket Exchange (TE). Needless to say, after 7 weeks into the season, we have not sold one game priced well below face value. I see on the Yankees message boards, fans are experiencing same.

Bravo LLP!! There is definitely room in the sports blogging space for a lady's POV. Looking forward to more this spring.
